Has over 15 years of teaching experience and is currently Member, Board of Studies in Law, Goa University,Coordinator, LL.M. programme and Programme In-charge of the exclusive institutional IGNOU Law Study Centre and was recently Assistant Principal for one term. He has previously worked as Chief Biochemist, Directorate of Health Services, Govt. of Goa from the year 1994 till 2001 and Visiting Faculty the V. M. Salgaoncar College of Law & Research Centre, Miramar, before joining as Lecturer in Law at this institution. Has several publications to his credit, both in pure sciences as also in socio-legal sciences at International, National and State level and has been recognized as Post-graduate Faculty of Goa University from the year 2004. Appointed as subject expert in Law of Diocesan Society of Education and Goa Public Service Commission, Panaji – Goa. Appointed by Goa University as Member of: Unfair Means Inquiry Committee, Committee on Patents and Consultancy, Standing Committee on Drafting and Vetting of Statutes and Ordinances. He is Research Guide to LL.M. students of Goa University for past 10 years. He has been awarded a doctorate degree by Goa University on the subject ‘Legal Control of Bio-Medical Waste Management: the Goan Experience’, has proposed a model law for the State of Goa and has been recently recognized by Goa University as a guide for Ph.D. degree. He is a resource person at workshops and seminars including at orientation and refresher programmes at Academic Staff Colleges. He has been appointed Editor of the Kare Law Journal.
