THE OBSERVANCE OF NSS DAY
The NSS Unit and the Centre for Counselling and Wellness Management of G. R. Kare College of Law in commemoration of the NSS Day and ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav’ organised an Awareness Rally on 24th September 2022 on two themes, the importance of the Constitution of India and Suicide Prevention
The rally was flagged of by Chief Guest, Mr.Venancio Furtado, Inspector General of Prisons, Government of Goa in the presence of the Principal, Dr. Saba Da Silva, HOD and the NSS Faculty committee. Mr. Furtoda in his address to the NSS Volunteers highlighted the importance of mental health and the value of life and applauded the institution for creating and spreading awareness through such activities.
