DISCOURSE ON HUMAN RIGHTS WITH UPORTO

An International discourse on Indo-European Comparative Legal Studies Indo-European perspectives on Human Rights was conducted by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto in association with MoU partner GOVIND RAMNATH KARE COLLEGE OF LAW AFFILIATED TO GOA UNIVERSITY on 10^th May 2023 at 20:30 H IST / 16:00 H WET in an hybrid mode with participants joining at the University of Porto and via online platform. The resource persons were, Dr. Saba V. M. Da Silva, Principal G. R. Kare College of Law, Margao-Goa speaking on the topic “Jurisprudence of the Indian Judiciary and National Human Rights Institutions” and, Professor Luísa Neto, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and Researcher of CIJ speaking on “The Portuguese approach and framework to the national and international codification of human rights.” The beneficiaries of this session were the faculties and students of both the institution.
