  • The IQAC Coordinator is ex-officio Convenor of all Clubs/Cells etc. and proposals to be routed through HoD.
  • The In-charge faculty member is required to enroll student-members and vet content prepared by them for display at dedicated spaces provided on notice boards.
  • Regular monthly meetings, (minimum once in a term) are required to be conducted and records, including photographs, if possible, of the events/programmes conducted are to be maintained to facilitate periodic reports for IQAC.
  • Brief press notes of any event organized are to be mailed with copies sent to be the Media and Publicity Committee members – See Committee XVIII in the notified list, IQAC e-mail ID (with cc to the Principal)
